Tina Ludwig has been part of the insurance industry for more than 20 years, beginning her career as a customer service representative, moving into sales and then steadily advancing with escalating positions of authority. She is the Assistant Vice President of Insurance Services at Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union, leading the strategy and delivery of property and casualty insurance products. Tina has shared her leadership skills with many non-profits including the United Way, American Red Cross, the Dutchess County Chamber of Commerce’s Chamber Foundation and their Leadership Dutchess program, as well as Rebuilding Together Dutchess County where she served as Board Chair among other roles. She’s also served as a mentor to many women and worked with the Junior League of Poughkeepsie to educate 9th and 10th grade girls on the topic of being assertive and finding your voice.  She’s a past recipient of the Chamber Foundation’s Forty Under 40 Award, the Leadership Dutchess Community Advocate Award, and an Athena Honoree. An Alumni of Dutchess Community College, Tina completed her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University in the fall of 2018. In 2019, after two years of fostering, Tina and her husband Carl adopted their daughter, Paisley Elizabeth, giving their older daughter Annaliese the official title of “Big Sister” and completing their forever family.
